SEPARATE SAUNA AND STEAM ROOMS

After a hard day on the beach or a tough hour or two by the pool with your favourite novel, now is the time to work off some of those kilos. Whilst the wall mounted plasma plays music, movies, news or sport, you have the choice of cycling, stepping or walking/running on our latest equipment, weight work or yoga stretches before relaxing in the sauna and steam rooms.
