The lounge area – like the best beach houses - seats up to 12 people in supreme comfort. Add to this a 54 inch HD screen with ceiling mounted speakers and you soon levitate to the lap of luxury.

Designer reading lamps complete the space. It really is Nirvana. From the lounge you have direct access and full view of the private pool, so mum can laze with the kids close at hand.

The Dining table seats 8 in style and comfort. It overlooks the 25 metre lap pool, separated only by a tropical garden. Adjacent to the gourmet kitchen, the layout means even the most focused, fixated foodie can be involved with the guests. The dining room opens to the Japanese water feature so the sounds of running water provide a relaxing back drop. Of course, the lounge dining area is wired with overhead iPod sound system, fold back bi fold doors (bringing the outside in) and a custom made wine fridge.
